jyaa9 Responsible Gaming
jyaa9 believes gaming should always be a source of enjoyment — not stress or anxiety. Our responsible gaming policy gives you the opportunity to play in a safe, informed, and controlled way.
Our Commitment
jyaa9 is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh, and we believe responsible gaming is not just a rule — it is part of our values. Online gaming can be enjoyed as a source of entertainment and fun, as long as some simple guidelines are followed.
We are committed to the safety of every player. That is why our platform offers deposit limit setting, self-exclusion, session time limit tools and round-the-clock support — so you can always stay in control.
The most important condition of responsible gaming is: never treat gaming as a source of income. It is purely for entertainment and should be enjoyed within your budget.
Core Principles of Gaming
- Gaming is always for entertainment
- Never bet beyond your budget
- Avoid playing to recover lost money
- Do not play under stress or while drinking
- Prioritize spending time with family and friends
- Take breaks when needed and seek help
Safety Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set the maximum amount you want to deposit per day, per week, or per month yourself. Once this limit is set, we ensure that depositing beyond it will not be possible. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a short or long break from gaming, use the self-exclusion feature. Just let our support team know and we will suspend your account for a specified period.
Session Time Limit Tool
Decide in advance how long you will play each session. Our time control tool warns you when the set time has passed and if needed shuts the session down — so you do not spend excessive time.
21+ Age Verification
On jyaa9, only those aged 21 or above can open an account and play games. We verify age at registration and may request additional identification in cases of doubt.
Bet Limit Control
Set in advance the maximum amount you will wager in each session or over a specific period. This limit protects you from large losses and makes responsible gaming easier.
